ok be honest how often do u boys/girls eat fast food???i reckon twice a week

Its been at least a year since i had any fast food. Theres actually some decent choices out there that can easily be fit into my daily calorie and macro budget for the day, but i never feel satisfied after i eat it.

I do once a week to get something different in my taste buds. I eat the same shit pretty much, and if its not the same its all HEALTHY and one a week I think I deserve a juicy nasty burger and a grilled chicken club both with the works. LOL Horrible? Maybe but damn it taste GOOD!!!!!

I might eat somthing from wendys or burgerking maybe 1 or 2 times a year. I use to love it when i was younger, but just dont like it anymore. Its usually during the summer i will get a oreo mcflurry and a large french fry. lol

Maybe once a month if that. I travel a lot for work so sometimes I get stuck and don't have a choice. I want that salad but you know how that goes. I will say though the only days I cheat are on heavy lifting days when my body can use the extra calories.

Wendy's has an awesome salad now with a nice grilled chicken breast, blue cheese, some bacon, and an avocado ranch dressing which is low in carbs. Really good. Just cannot eat it there, must take home, cause the smell of french fries is too damn tempting!

Once a month, 2 times if I am really bad that month. Going to do a challenge no fast food for 2 months and no cheese/dairy for a month.

I could go without the fast food but cheese, now that would be difficult. Love cheese, but real cheese, not that orange nacho 'cheese' sauce crap.

maybe 4x a year. Ever since watching Supersize Me a few years back, I was eating fast food about 1-2x a month! ugh

Ya, I cut dairy for 3 months and I think it had a big thing too do with the amount of weight I lost. What do you do, but soy protein shakes or just all natural caveman type diet?
