Yes it is rather bothersome
First site has just about gone back to normal Right Glut
Second site is not too bad and was not as bad as first Left Glut
Third site did not swell or get red or hot BUT I can barely walk Right Quad
Forth pinning is tomorrow so Im try to figure out where to go

well it slowly gets better

right quad doest hurt anymore
left ( last nights target for the pin) hurts but not as bad as the right did. I think my body may be getting used to the test e if that happens.

I walk in my job all the time. Me and a dog so after pinning last night I did about 5 miles today Seemed to loosen things up a bit. Still sore but tolerable. Fun will be tomorrow if this still hurts like this. Leg day
