[COLOR="Navy"]We have decided to bring back the monthly competitons, they will start on the first of each month, every month.
We will also be doing the longer competitions like the bulker and cut that go on for 2 or 3 months.
They will run in conjunction with each other
Keep an eye open for next months contest, I will be posting it soon

Ok so what kind of contests are these because if its about bodybuilding and how big you are i lost already hahaa if it has to do with scientific or analytical thinking as in brain power i just may have a chance lol
