Is it safe to drink eggs?
#1

Is it safe to blend up 12 eggs (10white/2whole) and drink it? I know a lot of buddies who practice this.

I did this a long time ago and I got huge problems with my stomach and head. I would not do this again. I boil eggs then eat them.

I think that you can drink just the pasteurized egg white .

you can drink the eggs if you like but whats the point ? you might aswell boil them or make a omelete.
Too many raw eggs can give you a bad stomach and possible food poisoning, is it worth it for a few minutes cooking ... ?

At 9:30pm how many pieces of toast would you recommend with 3 scrambled eggs? One?

Well it depends on what kind of toast you have. Generally speaking I limit amount of bread I eat and even if I eat it I put accent on brown bread.
I guess 1 will be ok in your case.
