how many push-ups can you do in one set? Is there a place in a bodybuilder's routine for bodyweight exercises?

Every 5 days i throw in a body weight exercise. Pushups and Pull up. 100 of each.

Just doing cable cross overs at the end of a chest work out hurts now i have to super set it :eek:

i do them with my 3 and 1/2 year old sat on my back, 2 sets a week now.
i tried them with my 12year old yesterday!!! he weighs around 110lbs i managed 2......ha ha
working up to doing 10 very soon
