Cardio in the morning. Do you?

Does anyone wake up and jump right into some cardio for the extra fat buring effect??

I do it but it tends to slow me down and make me tired the rest of the day..

Maybe a good 20minutes on 3.0 10 incline would be perfect u no.

i do it when i can. I think its better imo.,

I just cant ever get up early enough to do it before work

My fav time to run is the morning, slightly impossible now that I have kids and my own business, mornings are mental
