Good luck dude, but I'm not sure about that tash.
Personally cardio is my thing. I compete in adventure runs, duathlons etc but the stress on the old knees is taking it's toll now and I find myself in the gym more and more
I'll look forward to picking your brains as I'm pretty clueless in the gym unless it has a digital display
