Everyone is always looking for the latest and greatest when it comes to supplements.. When you find that right stack that works for you, do you continue with that particular stack or do you change it up? How frequently do you change your supplements?

If I found something that works for me I am not changing it, why would I?

That's a good question.. a lot of people want to try a wide variety of products to see if they'll gain more benefits from something different.

With supplements changing frequently, there are new formulas and different forms that they come in (powder, capsules, premixed, etc.) Personally speaking,I keep consistent as well.. currently taking Omega 3's, Multi Vit., Whey Protein and Ramp Up.

Understandably so! It's amazing how much money is invested into body building! One more reason why not to quit! LOL
