Don’t Forget Cardio
In order to give your muscles some definition after putting in the hard work to make them grow, it’s important to perform some cardiovascular exercise – whether it be light or intensified! This will help keep your muscle to fat ratio fairly high and keep off any unwanted fat (adjust training accordingly depending on goal.)
