Any other recommended supplements you personally tried?

I’m always thinking of a way on how to gain muscle mass but 6 months on gym only made me even thinner. Right now I’m using this supplement for a week now and I have better results so far. May I ask other supplements that has worked for you to gain more muscle mass? I still prefer personal recommendations from other people who tried the product themselves so any review would be appreciated.

I'd stick with the supplement you're talking about! If the before and after photos are anything to go by you could win Mr Olympia in a year or two! Big Grin

theres no secret to building muscle or any special pills
get a routeen and stick to it this should include compond lift as the main bases
eat eat eat and eat high fat high protien high carbs you need to eat above your daily maitenance
sleep 8 hrs would be best but as much as can if 8 hrs doesnt fit in your life

6 months isnt a long time and these things take time
post your training plan and your diet and im sure people can help
