Eazy Tip....Push ups:

If you are not near a gym, do push ups just to keep in shape. Try and do it methodically and build up to more reps over a period of a few days..

if u were to prop ur legs up to where ur body is at a decline position.. ull feel a greater increase in body resistance as well..
