You can say that this is a more advanced version of the planks. The only difference is that there is movement in the upper body which creates way more resistance. You can use an ab wheel, but you can also use blast straps, gymnastic rings or even a barbell to mimic the movement.

killer maneuver for sculptingthe abs and with the bodyweight only u could build cut mass and not the bulky mass.. this would be my main maneuver to condition my abs..
