Fellas whats your thoughts on Pre workout supps ?
A few fellas that train in my gym swear by these !

I tell you what I like them. I've ran through most of them. I'll run one brand for a few weeks then switch it up. I do t want my body to get used to the effects. The 3 that I'm playing with now are
*MP assault- crazy energy good pump but feels like pins in your hands with your hair crawls.
*C-4- good energy burst, great pump with just as crazy tingly feeling.
*AC/G3- good enery burst, way less tingly feeling, dam good pumps.

I remember years ago we would take them stackers with ephedrine for them long nights at work they sure did the trick. I forgot about that stuff. I need to put this on my shopping list. Thanks CC

I can't understand people that spend a fortune on pre workout supps when you get a better effect from Ephedrine at a fraction of the cost

Or if your really strapped CC coffee and asprin!! But Ephidrine would be the daddy, at least you know what's in it i it's legit!!
