If you just can't add any size to your body, you need to do compound, heavy movements like a powerlifter. Do a split routine, 3-4 times a week, concentrating on Bench Press, Deadlift, Squat, Barbell Rows, Shoulder Press. Hard & Heavy. 3 x 8 reps, maximum intensity.
