after a long day of work, what drives you on to hit the gym at the end of the day? Are you just very goal orientated, do you find it helps reduce stress, or do you just love the iron?

Like Bigdon said...The matter of fact is...to better myself everyday!!! One more rep, One more set or one more grunt is always worth it because I know that I did my best.
