Bridging

I've been trying to find the logic behind bridging and going into another cycle rather than just going off to recoop. Maybe I'm missing something, wouldn't this put your body in harms way for it seems a bit risky? Can someone shed some light on this bridging thing?

its better to give your body a break between cycles, you will be more responsive to the gear on your following cycle if you don't bridge

Thank you! i jst was asking cause one of my friends just KEEEEPS going...and i dont want to do that at all!

just wanted to make sure..time on = time off..right!

so im starting again in sept!
