Hey all. Was referred over by the Admin at GBNstore as an excellent place to brush up on some info in an area I am interested in. I have to say so far I am very impressed. There are hundreds of boards out there these days so the information is full of reprints and copy paste. I am an old style bodybuilder with 28 years of experience and looking to beef up so that maybe I can do the 2012 Jay Cutler NPC Desert Classic. I will go look around but wanted to introduce myself and hope to make many new friends.
