Does anyone else save specific workouts for specific days?
I love arm day, so save it for Sunday, and leg day for Monday so that I can look forward to it at work 😂

Training should be fun, otherwise there's no point doing it!

I agree 100%. I like to change my routines as it does get boring and its the best way to shock your muscles into growth. My favorite days are chest and bis, then back and shoulders, then lastly legs and tris. I love working tris but legs can be so taxing some times and I walk like I crippled for a day or so.
