Not necessarily pre workout as it has such a long half life but more or less EOD. It has or its supposed to have numerous health benefits. Its apparently good for your prostate and it definitely knocks my blood pressure down a bit. That is fact.
It increases blood flow so I guess it must help the flow of nutrients during and post workout.

I've never tried it but was reading about it yesterday and was wondering if anyone has done such
