lmao.. no i just feel like im in his catagory of peeps out there tht are un-sung heros in the sport.. because im a gear head and dont compete.. i jst do it becaause i love iron and love looking good for myself.. plus he makes great points..

Sound advice. Good to know I do barbell rows and bench presses right.
Sometimes guilty of doing the side lats the easy way tho :eek:
