feel like throwing in the towel
#1

Im so friggin disappointed. I was making good progress over the last year. Not real fast but clearly noticeable and consistent. Then I torn my right shoulder rotator cuff. Complete tear. Not in a place where I can get it surgically fixed so Ive been taking it easy on shoulder and chest work.
After three and a half months I have full ROM back but lots of clicks pops and some pain. Very weak in the shoulder and pec area on the right side.
Went to lift this morning, first try at chest work and i could not even manage an empty bar without pain and instability.
Tried to do some dumbbell presses and 20 lbs was too much in the right hand.
This just sucks so badly, Seems like all the work was for nothing and now Im farther behind than i was when i started. Makes you not even want to keep trying

You need to look up some rotator cuff movements. This will help rebuild it. Just try different machines and different movements for chest you will find at least one thing.

Great time to get huge legs
