I do and I honestly think it helps me when I work out. I don't really feel the test is an energizer as such, it more likely helps recovery which helps you perform better next time.

As for overloading etc, I've never noticed any (bad) effect over and above that which a pre workout normally does. No blood pressure issues etc

I presume you will be monitoring your health etc anyway when 'on', so that should throw up any issues.

I'd just try it with and without and see how you feel.

My tuppence worth.

Cool, cheers for the reply. Yeah I had a full batch of blood tests recently and no issues there and can monitor my bp at work. Im guessing I can train more often if test lets me recover quicker so maybe an issue of high caffeine use if I use c4 before every workout?

Test E is my Favorite Test. I would run it year round if i had a place i could have blood giving a few times a year.

It sure is a good idea to get a boost. How about test prop or suspension before the workouts 30 mins before, would be a quicker stronger boost.

Mostly Caffeine is my fav. preworkout boost and i find out that it's the best natural boost source i tried others but i feel like Meh Tongue
