Rowing is a great all round exercise. It works the back, biceps, chest, legs, core and cardiovascular system. Give it a try...

for grip i like to make my hands into a hook pattern.. it takes away from the forearms and puts more emphasize on the lats. and giving a harder contraction for a good mind muscle connection.. at-least thts wht works for me...

Totally agree. Use a concept 2 at work and at home. Not as much as I should these days but definitely recommend it.[/size]
