Lunges:

This movement is a must-do if you want to build strength in the legs as well as mobility in the hips and knees. Use a backpack and put some books in it for increased resistance. You can also hold the backpack in front of you or over your head.

lungs are for kings only.. because so many peeps tend to shy away from it.. never realizing tht its great for overall stability and killer quad burn.. when i do use this manuver i like to grip a barbar w/weight behind my back..

I never do legs without lunges now, hurts like bitch but they're excellent

Not a favourite of mine, but effective so I do them! With dumbbells or a barbell.

yeah i have to say i stay away from them dont do them very oftern at all if any
