how can i maintain my weight? And which weight training is best for me ?

I am 40 years old .my weight is 145lbs and i want my weight to be 130lbs. I am going to gym regulary. There i am doing pushups, lifting in 2 times alternate days in week. But I want to know about more exercise which could be useful to me and easy so I can do that . Which exercise you recommended to me ? Please reply ...

While the heart is a good way to burn fat, add a little 'weight training for your gain extra calories per day. Even if you burn more calories while you are sleeping or sitting on the couch watching EastEnders.
