Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone decanoate) has an active life of about 15-16 days. It will reach its most active state 4 days after injection and stay there till day 12. Past history of useage will effect at what blood level you will need to maintain to get full result of the Nandrolone. The total amount administered will also matter greatly as the decanoate ester is 38mg per 100mg. This means that for every 100mgs of Nandrolone Decanoate administered, 62mgs is Nandrolone. So, a 250mg shot actually has 155mg of Nandrolone in it.

If you are new to Nandrolone Decanoate, then a single 250mgs per week may be enough. Most of us new to Nandrolone can do well with a blood level of 50-65mgs.

If you are younger in age and still have high free test levels, then a cycle of Nandrolone only would give you good results. Those with more cycles behind them will likely use both test enanthate and nandrolone at around 500mgs per week, like 250mgs each on Monday and Thursday.

It does, but this will also depend on the total amount current in your system. A single 250mg injection will not do much, but as more is added each week, the blood level goes higher. For the beginner, a 6-8 week cycle of Nandrolone only is a good start.

Another way is to jump start a Nandrolone only cycle using about .8mil of NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate) 3 times the first week to get your blood level up to 50mgs faster. NPP gives about 66mgs of nandrolone per 100mgs injected.
