Because many of us during summer trained less heavier it is time to consider new training regimen since autumn is almost here.
In one month I will change my training to 4-5 days per week (currently 3 days) and I think september will be full of supersets, then a month with low reps and high weights, then back to 8-12 reps for upper body and 15-20 reps for legs.
What are your goals for this autumn/winter in bodybuilding?
