I am on a cycle right now. I am 40yrs. old, 5,9" and i weigh 205 pounds. I am on 100 mg test prop EOD and 400 mg equipoise wk and winny 50 ED. Should i be taking Nolvadex or anything ealse right now and what is a good PCT to keep everything i have gained? Thank You for your help.

I wouldnt take anything right now unless u gettin sides... use nolva for pct

I would use some HCG during cycle (every 3-4 weeks for example) then wait 2 weeks after last shot and use nolvadex @20mg/day for 25 days. Plus Vitamin E@400mg/day and ZMA/Tribulus.

Very well put. You can even use hcg throughout the whole cycle twice weekly if desired, you will keep everything you gained and your balls will work just fine. Also not many people know that hcg gives you a general sense of well being....you will be happy! Good luck my friend.

Cost becomes a factor in all this , if you dont have alot to spend just get some nolva and clomid for your PCT .. if you need advise on how to dose it and use it correctly send me a pm , if you got a bit spare cash get some hcg and use it along with the cycle as suggested earlier

Id use nolva and aromasin for pct. nolva 20mg ed 4to6weeks,aromasin 20mg ed for 4 weeks. this works great for most.
