Do you do Cardio at the Beginning of your Workout or at the end

neither for me
my cardio is every morning before work dog walk and same in evening
that's year round sometimes on my bike
when do cardio for more cutting purpose its more of circuit training in garden as quick and fun

Since I'm cutting, I'm doing it before and keeping my heart going by super setting my entire workout. What I mean is rather than do one exercise then move to the next, I'm doing them in sets of two.
No rest inbetween, and only a minute between each superset.
I've added more reps, and dropped the weight some.
I also throw in some strength sets too, so I'll go heavy as I can and get three to five.

I've always done any form of cardio completey seperate from weight training - apart from weight training circuits obviously - as I never felt I would give my best to either if it was back to back!
Used to absolutely love weight training circuits though. Gets you super fit

I remember this question coming up when I was doing my personal training course and basically, it doesn't matter what order you do it in. Just pick what works for you. I like doing cardio first, because it warms me up. Or, you could try switching it up and doing cardio first on some days and last on others, then your body won't get used to a routine.
