how many reps do you consider high/low reps, some say 10-12 reps is low and 12+ reps is high and some say 4-8 reps is low and 8+ reps is high. If I count my reps that day I usually keep my rep range around the 8 mark and thats to failure, how about you guys?
People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this??? For me, I consider 5 down 1 as low reps and from 8 upwards as the size building rep range. Anything above 15 I would call high reps.
I do a lot of 5 and less, occasional 8 upwards and these days not so much in the higher rep range. There was a time when I did loads of higher reps and quite a lot of the 8+ and it worked very well but for some reason I prefer lower reps as I get older. Maybe I'm weird! Maybe I just don't want to get weaker. Don't know.

I actually do low reps 1-5, and do 8-12 and 15-20.
When I add weight, I do lower reps. As soon as that starts to get easier, I'll often work that same weight until I'm able to get it to higher reps, 8.
For my 15-20, I'm working on trying to get a cardio effect.
For my cut, I've done a little bit of all.
However, I'm not doing nothing but super sets. Trying to my heartbeat racing through the entire workout.

As long as it's a challenging weight and you use good form then I'd say yes.
