for me my shoulders and tri's are my strongest and chest and bi's are the weakest or needs the most work
People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this??? CAUSE NORMAL FUCKIN SUCKS!!!

Strongest is probably back and shoulders. Chest is pants due to some weird injury. Need to keep getting stronger legs as well.

my back i would have to say is my strongest
might be chest and biceps for me too but they have progressed slowly of late

My back is my strongest, my legs are now the weakest. I'm two knee surgeries into my left leg and had some pretty bad atrophy that I'm still trying to recover from.

arms are my weakest. delts are my strongest...

Delts by far are my best to the point I train front/side delta every other week. Weakest is chest I have a decent chest it just doesn't match my delts so it just doesn't look right to me. It took yrs to get my back real thickness thank God for wide grip pull ups
