Diet time soon!

Planning to really dial in my diet this time, I am gonna start weighing out my proteins, carbs and fats for each meal, gonna start off with 5 meals/day with 6oz of protein, 1.5 cups of rice and cup of veggies like broccoli, sweet potatoes or asparagus. I will up it in a month to 6 meals/day and again a month later to 7 meals/day, then 8 meals/day, from there ill bump up the proteins to 8oz. Every morning for breakfast it will be oatmeal with a scoop of protein, 4-5 eggs w/yolk, banana and a shake. I will be keeping a log with pics Smile

Spounds like a good plan. I always measure and weight my food and keep track of all the macros. I do this off season and for contest prep so I know what changes I need to make for obataining my particular goal at the time.

I put on fat very easily so I really need to do this. I know a lot of others don't have to do all this but it is necessary for me.
