mistake ...what you fellas think

: Having an entire workout just for your abs*

Don’t make the mistake of feeling as though you need to waste an entire session at the gym just on your abs. 15 minutes is all you need. If you are already taking the above advice and doing compound exercises in your workout then you only really need one or two different abs exercises for maybe 2-3 sets at the end of each workout.

im lucky to do 15mins a month i hardly ever train them but there there when i cut say when as going now but then so is british summer
i do feel like they wasnt as good as could have been so keep saying to myself ill train them but still miss them out

but as said as long as train with compound movents think they will get enough
