What type of physique are you fellas going for?
Ripped, muscular but not huge.
Example: Zyzz, Jeff Seid
Ripped, big, very pronounced V-taper due to narrow waist.
Example: Arnold, Frank Zane
Ripped and huge everywhere, HGH is your best mate
Example: Dorian Yates, Phil heath, Jay Cutler
Big and strong, not arsed about being lean.
Lean. No muscle.
Example: Justin Bieber
