Honestly I just put my headphones on (over the ear, not in the ear) and then zone out.
I find once I start my routine I can pretty much blank out the rest of the gym. Music is
such a great thing that sets up the mood that's why I never fail to bring it with me
when I'm working out.
I think the music definitely helps with that.

Ive recently changed from training at 5:30pm to training at 8:00pm due to the busy time and not being able to get on a bench or having no space. This is alot better training at 8:00pm and atleast 1 bench is available aswell as the dumbells
ya i just watch when is the deadest dtime to go and thats when I hit the gym I usually go around 5:30am but at times it get pretty busy, usually about 10am-noon is the best
