I keep it simple Smile

Multi vits X3 a day
dissolvable half a tab twice a day.
caffine powder in a drink if needed.
glutamine when if i have extra cash. X3 a day
might throw in some creatine in to X3-4 a day
have tons of the stuff lying around near 1kg would last a while.
green tea extract x2 a day sometimes 3.
and whey
