Yes it is embarrassing somewhat

the one in black was one year later
first pic as at 315lbs 2008
second one is at 175 pounds 2009
third pic is at 168 pounds My smallest 2010
ill add current pics in a day or so after i get my wife to take them for comparison

this was in 2008 and the pic that was shown to me that made me decide that enough was enough. I had never really seen myself as this fat until I saw the pic. This was the turning point

this is after one cycle and the pic really does not do justice. Photographer (wife) had never seen me in anything like this (posing suit) and she was a little taken back. She was also busy looking at other girls to see if I was getting looked at. hehe I WAS!!

I got fat during and after the baby, it is hard work losing alot of weight.
