No i hate those post, see them on facebook alot.
Then i recently see big women putting down girls that are in shape. They say girls that take care of them selfs are gross and looking like fat and out of shape is what a woman should look like.

actually that guy is a pretty funny comedian. I watched the whole video it's called mr universe and its not all about working out. You may want to watch it it was quite funny. IIts mr universe by jim gaffigan. He;s really making fun of himself. LOL
