Currently I am training 3 times per week for mass. I weigh 88kg now but I want to add about 5-6 kgs that is why I went to this routine.
DAY 1
Chest
3 exercices
Triceps
2 exercices
DAY 2
Legs
2 ex.
Shoulder
3 ex.
DAY 3
Back
3 ex
Biceps
2 ex.

Was doing almost the same when I begun to train, it really helped me to grow.

can you list the exercises you are doing and the weight you are using ? remember if you want to gain mass you need to add 1kg to each exercise every time you train

I will post this later and yes i add weight almost at each training.

Awsome split. I also do a 3x split with cardio on Tuesday/Thursday. Nice to see someone is taking rest days from weights
