Ussualy i have 6 meals on rest days, 7 on training days but it Varies, has been as few as 6 and as many as 9 sometimes I just lose count !

I like 5, when im trying to cut but stay lean and mot loose muscle mass. If i was bulking 7 or more atleast.

3 meals and 3 snacks for me. Working irregular shifts and spending most of my time outdoors messes up with my diet. When I'm home, I eat healthy most of the time. When I'm outdoors, I eat protein bars and/or nuts.

six meals + 2-3 shakes- on work out days. Non work out days 6 meals 1 casein shake at night.

depends on days lol , i can eat anywhere between 4 - 9 times a day and have between 2 and 4 protein shakes and snacks lol

I usually eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, lunch and supper.
I also have a few myoplex-lite bar in my desk at work INCASE I feel I need that little extra kick. My only question is should be eating more meals than that?
