How many times a week do you train?

Only train twice a week, as got a torn bicep so been unable to train upper half for over 5months now.
So twice a week doing legs both times.

I train for 5 or 6 days depending on how I feel, But I then take 3 or 4 days off and completely rest.

Cardio every single day ~30 mins.

Usually 3 times a week (EOD) depending on the workload.

4 times a week.My routine is as follow
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday : Biceps and triceps exercises
Thursday : Back and strength
Friday : push ups and chins.
