Advise needed for Red Blood Cell Count .....
#1

Hello Gentlemen,
I previously posted this message regarding myself.

https://www.hypermuscles.com/f87/high-bl...one-16018/

My doctor had me do a full blood work checkup associated with my testosterone usage.
The doctor received the results from LabCorp. My red blood cell count is very high according to my doctor.
This range is considered normal.
Hemoglobin* HGB Male: 13.5-17.5 g/dL

My red blood cell number is 19. The doctor stated I can have a stroke and or a heart attack. Danger !
The doctor suggested I give my blood to the Red Cross to lower my red blood cell count.

Gentlemen, is there any other way to accomplish this.
Your advise is sincerely appreciated.
Thank you.

I am not an expert here so I would listen to doctor or at least consult a few others doctords.

Here is what I found:

Quote:your body makes too many, it can cause your blood to thicken and slow, making you more vulnerable to blood clots. Too many red blood cells can also indicate certain health conditions and disorders.

Are you on cycle? For how long?
