Off Day - biggin - 01-29-2013
When it's your 'off day', do you completely leave it alone? Go for a walk to stretch out and keep the metabolism going? Sit on the couch and watch Honey bo-bo?
I almost always go do some cardio, even if it's a mild hike on my non lifting days but am I being counterproductive?
Plus I'm bored as hell.

I take 2 days off the weekend. I just relax, household chores, shopping etc. I do eat less carbs.
I used to find it difficult to at least do some sort of something on the weekend. But I actually overtrained myself and my thyroid shutdown and then another time(only injury i have had knock on wood) I ran sprints more than 3 times and pulled a quad. So now I take it easy, difficult to do at first.

It's that time of the year on my off day I'm out varmint hunting. I hike a few miles by mid morning. I have a back back with 15lbs of gear. 1 shotgun and 1 AR-15. It's a hobby I get paid to do. Other than that I've always got something to keep me busy on the farm. I'm not much in to Honey BoBo. That's funny Biggin....

Stern!!! Baba booey! Honey Boo Boo show is a train wreck. Bad image of american culture but its a bit addictive if you catch an episode. So bad, it has subtitles!!!

Subtitles reminded me of Ozzy Osbourne and his show, which is awesome btw. Honey Bo Bo however is just about as low as you can get.
