Usually on weekends I spend time with family, read and recover after training sessions in order to be in full force on Monday.

i have revolving rest days... i pretty muh go buy how sore i fell in the day after my train from the previous day,, and how good i ate the day before if im on quota with my diet... sometimes illl train 6 days a week and others ill train only for 4.. depending on my diet and hwo sore i am... i dont believe in over training just under eating..
