I use Gaspari and Weider. However I think there might be better for less money. What do you think bros?

In the past I used real gains by universal. NOW I use cyto gainer. Not much of a price difference... But IMO I like cytogainer. It has some creatine in it, Dont know if you would care or not

Optimum Nutrition's N-Large 2 works good and taste great...and the price is not bad.

Holland and Barretts - Super Muscle mass and Weight gainer is a good cheap powder !

I like 2% Milk durring winter - 1920 calories; 192g carbs; 128g protein , yeah there's fat but the rest of my diet is very clean.
