What is your first meal of the day.
What does everyones Breakfast look like.
For me it varys each day but my aim. 8 to 12 Eggwhites. 3 egg yolks with 2 slices melted cheese. 1 cup Oatmeal. Some of you big guys must have some massive breakfast, i would love to see. |

I dont eat breakfast. I do the intermittent fasting protocol. All my calories are ate in a 8 hr window. My last meal at 8:30 pm is usually between 3000-4000 calories. Oatmeal, cottage cheese and a few peanut butter sandwiches washed down with a protien shake.
