What qualites makes man a MAN?
Something like responsibility, muscular body or honesty? May be all together?
What do you think today's men misses and what is the way we as bodybuilders must live? I ask this because there are many misconceptions about bodybuilders where others think they are lazy and all use steroids to get big in order to hide their low self-esteem. What is your opinion guys?

I'd say some of the values of a real man would be someone capable of altrism and to be truly happy for others achievements, rather than jealous.
Someone who is supportive and nurturing of those around them, without being all soft and soppy about it. Someone who invokes confidence in others, commanding presence, leads from the front. Someone who would never ask of someone, something he couldnt/wouldnt do himself. |
