i have a question tht ive realky been looking for the answer to for a long time.. i smoke and people tell me tht im saxrificing my gains.. but i seems to gain just fine.. so what is the real scoop on this??

I smoked for 25 years and it never seemed to affect my gains, I stopped 3 years ago and haven't noticed any difference

he yall u dont know how much i needed to hear tht ive been hearing these myths for god knows how long and it has drived me up the wall.. i really appriciate tht infp means alot.. thank you so very much because ive stressed so much about tht over the years.. and now i can finally put tht to rest,.
