Try this out before bed...one cup of non-fat cottage cheese with one to two tablespoons all natural PB (your choice depending on your macro intake) and one pack of sweet-n-low (optional depending on how strict your being). Heat up the PB for 20-30 seconds before mixing with the cheese...it's good! Plus some nice slow digesting protein to get you through the night...cheaper than buy casein! Add a small handful of almonds and a glass of ice water and you sleep with a smile! Haha
