compounding advice
For research only I compound with hot plate and stir rods upto 212 d. After capping and crimp I usually place in oven at 225 d for 35 minutes I have been told that it is not necessary to final bake if proper compound and filter done. Considering I use BB to sterile and BA to bind . I have also been told recently that heat destroys the protein and furthermore the heat needed to kill bacteria would destroy your gear... Any thoughts? I research only...
